About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture high-end bespoke timber windows, doors, and joinery components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout production.
- Collaborate with the floor manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in bench joinery (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Ability to work from technical drawings.
- Skilled in using woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools.
- Good understanding of joinery materials and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and reliability.
